It certainly is! Unfortunately I play on A PC so no horrorpunk 360 team ups for me. 
Incidentally I'm still playing the original too, I prefer the characters and there are some excellent mods out there. Heaven can wait and Dead Aboard are both highly enjoyable community produced campaigns. I'm looking forward to seeing what gets made for L4D2.

Yeah I agree that the characters were better in the first, it's a shame they couldn't just have more than 4 characters to choose from like have all 8 on L4D2. I get that would ruin the whole left "4" dead thing but if you still just used 4 at a time it'd still work...
