The current touring line-up of the Misfits (Jerry Only, Dez Cadena, Robo) has a tour coming up and will be making a very brief stop to play a few dates in the UK and Ireland:

25 June - The Academy, Dublin
26 June - Manchester Academy 3, Manchester (support from Middle Finger Salute + Adverse Camber)
27 June - TJ's, Newport

I won't be at any of these but maybe some of you will.

I might make it to the tjs one. I've never bothered to go see them in the past, the current line-up never gets the best reviews Laughing

I may go to TJs... but I wasn't impressed greatly last time I saw em! Just feel a bit ripped off but I'd go for the atmosphere and the sing a longs!

i went to see them a few years back, because Send More Paramedics were playing the same show... it was the Project 1950 line-up with Marky Ramone on drums.

that was a good show, mostly because of the fact that there were so many Ramones, Black Flag and miscellaneous 1950s covers in the set it was like some sort of crazy punk rock revue show. and their cover of the Ramones' Pet Semetary kicked ass, if they ever recorded that i'd buy it.

i'd go and see them now if they played locally to me and it was cheap (hey, it's not like Jerry needs the money), just for the craic like, but i'm not gonna be travelling to any of these dates.
